You will be randomly allocated ticket number(s) when ordering and will receive an email confirmation.

You must answer the competition question correctly to be entered into the live draw. Incorrect entries will not be notified or entered into the live draw.

You may enter the competition online, or for free by post by sending your entry on an unenclosed hand-written postcard clearly stating your following details: full name, full address, username, date of birth, email address, mobile number, name of the competition you would like to enter, correct answer to the competition question, and your agreement to the terms and conditions. Your entry should be posted to: Philip Ireland Competitions, Unit 2 Court Farm, Lower Lemington, Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, GL56 9NP. Please allow enough time for your entry to arrive before the competition closes. Please note, in order to enter a Competition by post you must first register and create an account. Please ensure you complete your full name, address, username, email address and phone number, and that all details match the info provided on your postal entry exactly. We are unable to process any entries submitted without a matching account. Postal entries generated in part or full by computer and/or photocopies are not accepted. If we suspect any individual is attempting to enter using multiple names and/or addresses all associated entries will be voided, regardless of entry route. The live draw will take place on Philip Ireland Competitions Facebook page using Google’s random number generator to select the winning ticket number from all Entrants.

We only accept payment from UK and Ireland cards. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard and Apple Pay. We do not accept American Express for online payments.

How are winners selected?

Join us on the Philip Ireland Competitions Facebook page for an interactive live draw. We use Google Random Number Generator, this ensures the winner is selected at random. We provide a demonstration on the live stream to show how Google Random Number Generator works. To prove the draws are done live we’ll ask Alexa for the date and time. Furthermore, we engage with the audience during the live stream, proving that each draw occurs in real-time.

What is my Draw Number?

There are three methods to locate your ticket number for a draw: Upon entering a competition, your ticket numbers will be displayed on the confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address linked to your account, containing your ticket numbers. By logging into your account, accessing the 'Dashboard' section, and choosing either 'Current' or 'Past', you can click on 'View ticket numbers' to view your ticket numbers.

How does a live draw work?

Let's take an example: a competition offers 1,000 available entries. When you enter the competition, your ticket numbers will be assigned completely at random. This means you could receive any range of numbers between 1 and 1,000. For instance, you might be the first person to enter the competition, but the system might assign you a higher number like 893. On the other hand, if you enter late and the system hasn't assigned a number yet, you could receive a lower number such as 78. Regardless of whether the competition sells out or there are unsold ticket numbers, all numbers from 1 to 1,000 will be entered into the random number generator. During the Live Draw, a random number is generated, and we check it against all the assigned ticket numbers in real-time. If the number matches an assigned ticket, we have a winner. If not, we generate another random number and repeat the process until a winning number is found. This is the standard method used by Philip Ireland Competitions and many other reputable competition platforms.

When is the draw?

The scheduled date for the draw of each competition is displayed on the competition entry page. If a competition sells out all its available tickets before the initially planned draw date, we may reschedule the live draw to an earlier day and time.

All vehicles you can win on Philip Ireland Competitions undergo detailed mechanical appraisals before being offered as a competition, all required work is completed with a professional detail before being listed on the site.
